Out Of The Blue turns 21, celebrating the “legal age” with their 'Nostalgia' themed anniversary special menu!
Out Of The Blue is the oldest and iconic restaurant that has completed 21 years in the industry, standing tall with pride in this competitive hospitality business. The restaurant has distinguished itself with its unique motto: “Something is always happening” and this time is no different! To mark the 21 year anniversary, Out Of The Blue has created a 'Nostalgia' themed anniversary menu that has all the classic dishes from the last 20 years!
The anniversary special menu features 21 signature dishes from the last 20 years with the messaging of ‘Legally Yours’. This menu will run from 13th Dec’20 - 31st Dec’20 for 21 days while 11th Dec’20 being the first day of the restaurant reopening its space for dining. Desi Fondue, Penne Masala Mafia, Chicken in Smoke BBQ Sauce and Sizzling Liqueur Brownie are some of the signature dishes.
“We wanted the vibe of the restaurant to be laid back and fun. Now that we are reopening the space for dining almost after 8 months, we thought of reopening it with a bang and celebrate our 21 years too. This menu will invoke the old memories amongst our loyal customers while curiosity amongst the others. We have set up a sanitization booth at the entrance of the restaurant along with installing a centralized sanitizing machine that purifies the air and sanitizes the entire space. Out Of The Blue is the first restaurant in Mumbai to be receiving a ‘Corona-free’ license for this and ensure our patrons the ultimate safe dining experience.” says Mr. Rahul Bajaj, Director, and Conceptualizer at Out Of The Blue.
To ensure that the patrons can dine freely without any fear or hesitation in terms of safety standards, Out Of The Blue has instituted a centralized machine that sanitizes the whole property, purifying the air and making it Corona-free. Apart from this, the sanitization booth at the entrance of the restaurant along with the use of masks, shields, etc. to practice the best-in-class safety measures.
