With over 12 years of experience, Chef has worked with award winning restaurants like 360 at The Oberoi New Delhi and O22 at The Trident, Bandra Kurla, Mumbai, and other noteworthy restaurants. The menu houses dishes like Tender Chicken Katsu Bhel, Puchka Shot with Kalamata Olive adding a flavorful twist to the Indian street food. If you are looking for something refreshing try the Super Green Bowl made with Edamame, Avocado, Green lentil sprouts, Honey ginger dressing and ghati masala or Xacuti Chicken Salad with Raw mango salad, made with pickled raw mango, toasted peanuts and pomegranate. The small plate section features succulent dishes like the Chili and Mint Lamb Seekh, Cafreal Spice Cottage Cheese, Almond Flake and Corn Gallets, Togarashi Butter Garlic Lobster to name a few.
